Join the informative and entertaining George Prideaux of Pol Roger, for an intimate dinner with carefully curated wine pairings.
George will guide you through the best vintages and advise on which Pol Roger champagne will ensure your festive celebrations get off to a great start.
The evening will begin at 6.30pm with welcome drinks and Wildhive canapés in the Spencer Room, followed by a 4 course dinner in the beautiful Dovedale Room.
Our exclusive four-course menu has been handcrafted to showcase the very best seasonal produce while highlighting the flavours of each course's pairing.
