Dog Friendly Stays

Your dog is part of the family - so why should they miss out on a wonderful stay at Wildhive?

Set in 35 acres of meadows, gardens and woodlands, we welcome dogs to Wildhive. We are perfectly positioned at the gateway to the Peak District for plenty of lovely walks with your four-legged friend.

Dogs are welcome in our Hives and Treehouses and in the ground floor bedroom in the main house. A charge of €30 per dog per stay applies and includes a cosy dog bed in your room, blanket and dog bowl.

You are welcome to relax in any of the sitting rooms or outside on the terrace with your furry friend, where you can dine from all our menus, but we respectfully ask that dogs are not taken into the Garden Room Restaurant, the Dovedale Room or upstairs in the Main House.

Walkies in the Peaks

Pop down to the Map Room at the Coach House where you can plan one of the numerous walks on our doorstep or an adventure further afield in the heart of the Peaks. The Wildhive team are familiar with the local area and at hand to help you make the most of your stay.

In case of wet weather, we have a selection of wellies available for guest use and a handy area to wash your dog. Our housekeeping team can assist if you need to dry walking boots and jackets.

Doggie Rules

Please respect other guests by keeping your dog under control and on a lead.

There are dog bins within our grounds so you can clear up responsibly and help to keep our grounds safe and clean for all our guests.

Please do not allow your dog to climb on the furniture.

Dogs are not allowed in the Garden Room Restaurant, Dovedale Room, upstairs in the Main House or the Kitchen Garden.

We look forward to welcoming you and your dog to Wildhive.
